I had an appointment today at 11:45 I live over an hour away from here so I made sure I had enough time to get here on my way out of town I saw a young woman with her two-year-old baby girl walking in the snow it's 34ﾟ outside I passed her and then I couldn't live with myself I turned around I went to pick her up and give her and her baby a ride they had 2 miles to walk I didn't know this woman and I risked being late for my appointment. money grab. I went here for several years. I had been questioning my care here for a few months. I repeatedly asked for no male nurses and med students due to how sensitive I am about my condition. last visit another male nurse and med student. the pa barely spent any time with me asked me which insurance I had and told me I was helpless beyond taking humira, prescribed more stuff for my face. after leaving and feeling helpless and humiliated, I sought a second opinion. found out what was written for my face would have never... read more

Awful experience with this office. I switched here from my previous dermatologist because of a close friend’s recommendation and the service here is absolutely embarrassing. I got prescribed two topicals for acne, one from my pharmacy and one from a mail away pharmacy. I got confused about them and when I came in the second time for my follow up and hadn’t purchased or used either, Kyle made me feel extremely stupid. The NP was arrogant and lacked compassion. When I asked her why she treated me so rudely, she walked out and went to the doctor to say she felt threatened by me. I left without knowing why. Later, I received a letter that they no longer would care to see me. No call. No reason. Nothing. I guess a bigger fella with a scratchy voice doesn’t fit their protocol.
I go regularly to the spa for massages! I have been able to stop getting trigger point injections completely after getting them for migraines for years. Both Sarah and Liz are wonderful and everyone in the spa is incredibly friendly. I'm a patient on the med side too and see Kyle yearly for my skin checks! Love Kyle--quick to the point, sound advice, a straight shooter as I prefer. Recently had a concerning mole removed and could not have had an easier experience. Great group of professionals that care about their patients!
