PA Carrie is very rude. Waited over an hour in exam room after being told she was running on time. She got a nasty attitude when I questioned waiting over an hour. She stated "we are a big group". Oh well you can leave if you want. So I left and asked for office manager and told she wasn't around. Dr. N was around and did nothing at all. I have contacted my insurance company and filed a formal complain against the office.

I send my family, friends and patients. I have had years of hydrofacials and massages here and recommend WNY Dermatology and Complexions Spa to all I know. Sarah the massage therapist and Jennifer the pedicurist are the best! I have had lots of not so great massages and pedicures, but Hands down best pedicure and massage anywhere is done here! I buy my facial products here and Dr Nazareth has treated my facial and skin issues with care and amazing outcomes.
Dr. Nazareth really takes his time to ensure you are happy (and look good. ) I've seen many dermatologist cosmetic doctors and he is by far the best. I am very happy with my results. Plus he's a pretty cool dude.

Dr. Nazareth is amazing! Him and his staff are the best. I walked in there a little nervous because of a mole, and walked out without the mole! I'm so excited! Haha. I don't remember the last time I've ever had such a pleasant experience at a doctor's office!
