Western Heights Dental was established by Dr Richard Myers, III in 1982 as Knoxville's most trusted TennCare dental provider for children. Western Heights Dental is very involved within its community and surrounding counties. Our main focus is dental education and prevention to the children and teenagers that walk through our doors. We place an emphasis on treating children in a warm, friendly, and non-threatening environment. We also want children to grow up understanding the importance of taking care of their teeth.

Today was our second visit at Western Heights Dental. I have been nothing but impressed with the staff and Dr. Dr Steedley was extremely kind, patient and informative. His abilty to put my child at ease and his bedside manner was superb. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Very nice Staff nd they don't have you waiting long. I especially like the fact that when they call you in the back, they get right to work, you are not just sitting waiting on the Dentist to come. The staff seems really concern nd they explain things in la men terms. I Would recommend to anyone. EXCELLENT!
I love western heights dental! My son is 17yrs old now an has been going there since he first grew teeth. He had an emergency when he was in 5th grade and broke half his tooth, we left from school and went straight there. They took really great care of him! I dnt think hes ever complained of any pain from the dentist. They ordered him a permanent tooth and kept ordering it for him til they finally got a perfect match. My son Rain Fields has been going to Western Heights Dental, every since his 1st birthday. Rain is now 8 years old, thanks to western heights dental last week check up he had a perfect check up. Western Heights Dental has amazing child friendly center, with a wonderful family of professional dental team. Thanks for keeping Rain's big and bright.
absolutely with out a doubt love this place. Ms. Jennifer is my rock, Dr. Andy is absolutely WONDERFUL, the whole staff is just amazing!!!!! This is definately THE place to go if u have an unruly child that don`t like dentists. I just can`t say enough nice things about this place. Lot`s of love for these people from my heart
I will never go here again. I drove over an hour for an appointment my son had at 9a, at 10:30a we were still waiting to go back. When asked what was going on, they're response was "We're waiting for a room". Meanwhile they are calling back people that showed up 20 - 30 minutes after we did. And taking back people who signed in with an appointment time of 9:30a. We watched at least 15 kids go back. Yet they were waiting on a room. The people who work here are amazing!!! They treated myself and my daughter so well!!! I am happy to say they have a new patient. We will be traveling to see them with a smile.
