Everyone there is so kind. They treat you like family.
My kids really enjoyed their visit. Everyone there made it fun and relaxing
This is the absolute worst dentist ever known, i would never take my kids here again, they do unnecessary work i assume to just bill insurance, my daughter is now terrified of the dentist, there methods are unorthodox, and cruel!! My faughter should have been put to sleep for the procedure that they strapped her to a table to do, and it was a baby tooth so completly unnecessary, and i wasnt allowed in the room it wasnt until i heard her screaming all the way in the waiting area that i ran back seen her strapped to a table an... read more
Just always go to the first appointment of the morning while all the crazy kids aren't in there yet, it's clean from the cleaning people the night before and the staff are still in a good mood 😁 Never go in the evening or you'll wait an hour for a cleaning and the kids (bless their heart) will give you a headache from playing with the wooden toys in the lobby racing the beads to see how long they will spin 😩
Absolutely the best dentist... The staff is so caring and treats you as their Family... They have totally made a difference in my child's smile and for that I am so greatful.... I seen a review about them being rude I find that very hard to believe maybe it was you... everyone has a bad day but I have yet to see it with this staff!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!!!
I just had to go put $1000 worth of dental work in my son's mouth. Apparently when western heights dental did work on him they completely screwed up his teeth. We are lucky we caught it or they could have really messed up my child's teeth. Extremely upset at this whole situation. My child has been in agony over shoddy dental work. Avoid this practice at all costs!
