I had a 3p appointment and wasn't called back until 4:30p. I scheduled a check up and cleaning. I was there until 6p and did NOT get a cleaning. Staff was nice but they over book for sure. I don't have 3 hours of my day for X-Rays.
My Grandson Was in Need of A Referral And Was Scheduled the Same Day.Great Staff
Western Dental in Manteca I would definitely recommend to anyone whom need treatment right away! The entire staff were very polite,attentive and show how much they care about thier patients.
I scheduled an appointment before for a first time visit here, got on time and was told I had to wait for 2 hrs to be called in. I rescheduled in the morning since I was told I wouldn't have to wait that long in the mornings. I had my appointment 9:30am today.. it is now 12:00pm and still waiting to be seen! � It is ridiculous! What's the point of making an appointment?
Wait time was 3+ hours. Dentist was over worked and not very understanding. Office staff great.
Not worth the time no one in this company cares.
Can you rate any lower then 1 star they deserve 0 stars. They lied to be 3 time and still have yet to provide any service. And when talking to the manager he laughed at the fact I'm embrassed of having no teeth.. Still..
