There is always a terrible wait time. I canceled my last appointment because they were two hours behind at least, and I’m sitting here at my new appointment, and I’m already waiting over an hour and nobody’s even here. Come on!! Think I’m going to switch back to the Murrieta location even though it’s farther than I need to be.

Both Melissa Valdez & Karime Valdez are friendly and pleasant. Melissa is patient and answers all questions with confidence. Karime is constantly checking on all her patients to make sure they are taken care of.
This Dentist is amazing! Melissa was a huge help and explained everything to me and now my daughter is on her way to a perfect smile and bright white teeth!!! Thank you so much to all the Staff here

I think it is the best dentist office in Lake Elsinore everybody there is nice
My appointment was at 10 and I was not called back for a room until after 1130. The only reason I am not giving only one star was because the oral surgeon there was great. On my appointment with the general dentist he was rude. I came in to the office in pain and I left the same way. I went to main street dental and they imediately put me on antibiotics to take away the pain and did a root canal at less than half the cost I was quoted at western dental.
