worst place to go! Don't understand why even with appointment the wait time is terrible! Took my daughter in this last time for her permanent crown after being there for an hour to be told they didn't have right doctor in? This has been done twice to us already! Just wasted our time. I also took my other daughter for a simple cleaning she had xrays waited 2 hours!! They asked her to re-schedule! No reason given. Never going back again! they rushed my husbands care, and didn't help him with his pain or anything, they were more concerned about making a profit from him, they gave him a prescription that he asked them not to give him because it has been making him sick, they ignored him, this morning his face is swollen and all they can say is that they can not help him and to take him into the emergency room as they would be able to help him more. this dentist does not care.
I had an appointment at 11, I came at 1030 to do paperwork since I was a new patient. I showed up, not one person at the desk said anything to me. I stood there for 10 minutes to check in and receptionists were not on the phone or anything. I finally said something, they gave me my paperwork I completed and gave it to them. They need more dentists and they need to stop scheduling people at the same time and stop making them wait hours beyond thier scheduled appointments. They bring people into the examination rooms and make them wait even longer causing them to lose a whole day if they had something planned. When I was 18 one of the workers tried to pressure me into getting wisdom teeth removed befor they poked through my gums.
