Worst dental office in the world. Tooth fell out, scheduled an appointment just to have them call back and cancel within an hour. The next morning (day of said appt) they call and say I missed my appointment! Re schedule the appointment, go in 15 minutes early just for them to tell me I can't be seen because they scheduled me for braces. Definitely not looking out for the community like they say! I won't be bringing my family here ever again and neither should anyone else!
Worst dentist ever!!! Three and half hour wait for x-rays!!!!! With an appointment!!!!
Stay away from WESTERN DENTAL. I would give them a 0 stars if I could. all my work had to be re done by an other dentist from a different company. terrible customer service at the local and corporate level. STAY AWAY!!!
If I could I would give them 0 stars. Their facilities and staff are terrible. I waited 2 hours to be told my referral wasn't done and that I basically didn't need to come in. The only reason for the second visit was because the dentist said she wanted to see me in 2 weeks for a check up and the referral. 30 seconds just asking if I was in pain after waiting over a hour then ignored by the other staff when I asked the time and then be told the referral wasn't done.
