Terrible location. They cancel appointments without telling you until you show up! Wait times are always 1-2+ hours..... ridiculous... take your business else where!!!
Appointment was at 930am - Xrays , cleaning and a small tooth chip fixed - was there almost 2 1/2 hours - they shouldn't schedule back to back appointments with too many patients & not enough dentists to cover leaving people waiting for hours !!

Don’t waste your time coming here, staff is miserable with their jobs and it shows. Extremely rude and unprofessional, god forbid they actually need to do more than sit and gossip. The front desk people just sit there doing nothing and cop an attitude if they have to do anything beyond call a name.
Alicia is very helpful, friendly and knowledge of what we are asking about dental service. I rate Her high EXCELLENT : Dr.Maria Alvarez is also very helpful and very friendly in all ways. I will recommend Western Dental to all my friends and relatives.
