Rude dentist They don't explain what they need to do. Have someone come in and tell you how much you need to pay usually in the thousands. However they do offer a payment plan. Work not good at all Will never return and will discourage anyone from going there.

Was on hold today for 30 minutes before getting to speak with someone about a bill I had no knowledge of since I have paid all my contracts with them on time and in full. The person spoke with such a thick accent I asked to speak with someone I could understand and was sent to a voice mail. Their billing is very screwed up and they do not follow through on their end. All they want is money with no services provided and they threaten to take you to collections when they do not uphold their end of the contract. And heaven forb... read more

Hard to believe this office operates in the manner it does. Wish I had read the reviews before choosing to schedule appointments. Luckily I was smart enough not to stay for what they told me would be at least a two hour wait with standing room only in their waiting room. This place is a sad representation of what DentiCal members are faced with.

I'm never taking my kids back to this place ever again I noticed on most of the kids they'll put on the nitrous mask but they wouldn't even turn our connect the hose to turn it on my husband had to ask them twice if it was on one said yes n the other side no and when it came to my daughter and they connected and turned it on in there is no gas in the tank either so most of these kids have procedures done with no nitrous or shots this place is a torture. I know this for a fact something that I seen
