The wait wasn't long, I was taken in fast. The people are very nice, laughed and cracked jokes with the people who took my x rays. And i will be getting my braces done tuesday and i feel they will do a good job. So far pretty great service.
Always a pleasure they are very genuine people and treat my kids with care.
Es una porquería el servicio.......te hacen cita y vas y te dicen no tienen cita.... sorry.......y dicen yo no hice la cita.fue ella.no fue aquellos,,,,,(,no hay menos que una estrella,,,,muy malo.gente por favor no vallan hay si no quieren perder tiempo........!!!!y muy pocos hablan español........ pero cuando vas aser un pago..hay si asta te hablan bien.........muy mal.. muy mal...���
Everytime I have gone to Western Dental I have had a not so great if not bad experience. Either I am waiting hours on end just to be seen by the Dentist or the whole experience is horrifying. I'm never considered when it comes to be comfortable or relaxed. Staff is usually rude and inconsiderate.

There a bunch of money hungry peopl, i have great insurance, and the only thing they would cover, is a filling , need an extraction, said is was $3500, with 30 percent, down , any other dental office it was all covered , bunch of money hungry scam artist, crooks
