Worst place for mouth treatment. I’m always waiting 3-4+ Hours and there always Trynna reschedule me cuz there wait is long . SO DO NOT RECOMEND !!

Dr. Shau berates her staff in front of patients, and tries to push expensive treatments without first addressing the reason the patient is actually there. She's rough with how she handles patients and very clearly completely lacking in basic human decency. Dr. Shin can't make eye contact or introduce himself, and he also can't read charts or even say a full sentence about what he's about to do to patients who have been waiting 3 hours past their appointment time. the office staff is lovely but the dentists themselves are HOR... read more

I had a 12pm appointment. Checked in at 11:45am. Got to the back, x-rayed, put in a room by 1 ish. Sat on that chair until 2:45 with no help and when I asked everyone looked confused and didn’t have a straight answer for me. So I tried to reschedule because I had a hungry 4 year old and I had to be at work. But they gave me a Tuesday appointment that I’m not going to keep because I hate this place. I love the Orthodontist Staff. Everyone is very Caring/Friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Smith
these people are the worst. They have no sympathy for an 85 year old man that is losing weight without his teeth. He had them yesterday but they said they had to return them again. I would have walked out of there with my teeth in my mouth and told them while to put their services!!!
