Love it treat you amazing I wouldn't change anything
The wait time is forever. I went in with pain in one molar. They did X-ray's and 4 hours later I had to reschedule for 2 days later. They are overbooked and the dentist don't have a stitch of courtesy. They schedule appointments wrong and it's the patients fault. Not happy!
They overbook there's not enough dentist there and it takes forever
They made me wait for almost three hrs and when they call me they just told me that the specialist didnt show up .
I sat in that chair for 3 hours on monday before anyone came in to even talk to me took a nice nap though. i called again today for them to tell me i cant see anyone till next month. I didnt have tooth infection when i went on monday.. But i do now and they said well your appointment wasnt booked right.. okay so thats my fault i get to endure pain because you cant do your job.. so now that they didnt help me i get to get the tooth pulled because of negligent doctors there at western dental...
I have an appointment at 1:00 pm and I got in until 2:30 pm ... Just for the x-rays ... After that they made me an appointment to comeback the following day for my cleaning .... This office is terrible ... I won't recommend it ... I'm so sorry for the people who came regularly. I'm so angry and annoyed by this office Western Dental ... On 4401 Ming Ave.
I made appt for my 2 children and when I tried to check in they said only 1 has appt, so to make the story short I just let 1 of the my children to be seen. I was inside when they are making x-ray for my son and was wondering why she's keeps on making x-ray like taking forever, until one of the assist went inside and help and I overheard her saying who thought you to do x-ray. I just ignore it and after waiting for 1 hr & 40 min they said that Dr is not done yet with the patient and need to reschedule my son. Its frustrating... read more
