This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a dental office. My 10-year-old daughter was scheduled for a 12:15 p.m. appointment. We arrived at 12:00 p.m. as instructed, only to find a sign on the door saying the office was closed for lunch from 12:00–1:00 p.m. It was 107 degrees outside, and we had already walked across the hot parking lot.
