Great hospital to go to. Staff was friendly and professional . When I got to x-ray the waiting time to see a tech was less than 5 minutes. The x-ray tech was friendly, professional and explained every thing. Yesterday I received the results on the my chart app so I know first hand what I have and what lies ahead. Highly recommended!!

Everybody I met up with was very friendly explained exactly what they were doing and were very professional if I was walking around the hospital looking lost even the janitor staff asked if I was lost or could they help me The doctor came out and explain to me exactly what was going on with my husband very professional very friendly and very reassuring nothing but professional concerned and friendly people helping us through an experience being that was all new to us you guys are awesome thank you so much for all of your TLC... read more

My family has had a few occasions to visit the er. We have always had excellent service. I went in yesterday with a kidney stone and I was in much pain. Admitting sent me straight to the triage nurse and I was sent to a room. This took a total of five minutes. The care I received was excellent and the staff was top notch. This has always been the story at Westerly. I don't understand the negative reviews.

I will never go to the emergency room there again. What a joke. Had to end up going to another hospital.
Was in ambulary care yesterday for an iron infusion. Give the total staff the highest rating. My nurse was Kathy and even though they were working with the new Yale New Haven new software their patience and care were excellent.
