i have been a vendor for west coast for 2 years they sre a great company and great people to work for kim and heather are the best so easy to work for .
Wish I would've dealt with Kim. Sounds like she's great. Can't say the same about Jenna. Horrible customer service. Wall-mounting tv's, pest control, maintenance, existing stains, (out-dated) appliances... all questions she said she wasn't used to being asked. Said this "probably isn't the place for you" countless times for asking those questions. And when I caught her in a lie (which she could've just said she made a mistake, but instead tried to play it off), she again told me this place probably isn't for me. What a joke ... read more
Very intrusive management company! Not very organized and routinely send out notifications stating that they are second noticies when they are in fact first notices!
