Great company to work for!! Wonderful team and amazing owner.
Great company!! Great staff, amazing owner, easy to work with- would absolutely recommend them for rental or HOA management!!
They are abusive and act like they own tampa and police department. I don't understand how they are still renting units that doesn't meet city codes. They trashed all my daughter's and my belongings. Heartless trash who look down at tenants and abuse them. They left us with nothing. All our life belongings are lost. They oppress tenants, by kicking them out on the street if they voice their opinions.
Westcoast management abused me and my daughter, threw all our belongings on the Street, we lost our live holdings with this company. Refused to doany fixig to their managed dwelling, foold us that they will keep us in apartement, say they will move us to another property, then fooled us in middle of negotiating and filed eviction law suit against us, their lawyer who seem to have good connection at courthouse got us evicted without even fair hearing, disregarded law procedure, eventhough i answered on time following state st... read more
