This is the best property management company to work for. Management puts an emphasis on one-on-one customer service to our Boards and Homeowners and is always looking for new and better ways to support our clients.
The worst management company for sure. They earned that title. I would never recommend to any one to hire this company. I gave them a chance to improve. Got only worst.
I have recently been dealing with this organization and they are HORRIBLE. The individual I have been dealing with, Marty, has zero professionalism, zero follow-up, and seems to be completely incompetent. It is a shame that you have to complain in order to get the attention you should be deserved as a resident.
The home owner fee(condo fee) here at Bay Oaks(5265 East bay drive) is extremely over-priced(over $300 monthly) for the service and response you recieve in return. Denise the owner of the association and her staff are extremely rude, they don't ever have time for you when it matters, sending automated replies to make her job easier. They're suggestion when it comes to resolving issues, is to "call the police", for issues that they very well know they should be handling themselves. Highly recommend avoiding this company! I have spent 4 months try to get them to respond to roof issues and I have not once heard from them. 7 calls, 5 emails and not a single response! Terribly unprofessional! Don’t use Westcoast Management!
