DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM WEST COAST AUTO SALES!!!!!!!! All they want is to sell you a car and ANYTHING they tell you is A LIE beyond that. I bought a White Mazda CX-9 and showed Eli the salesperson (ALSO A LIAR), how the front power seat screeched anytime it was moved and I said i'd buy the car if that was fixed and he said absolutely we'll get that fixed. West Coast Auto had been great to work with. This is our second vehicle with them and they have always done right by us.
It’s been over a year that we have been waiting for the $100 referral bonus. Was promised to get a full tank of gas never received. Worst car buy experience I have ever had or heard of. They don’t give me enough space to fully give you the horrible experience we had. We will never recommend anyone or get another car from them. Horrible horrible horrible!
