Terrible service, we waited for at least 30 mins before we got our drinks only because we had to remind the waitress that she never brought them, to which she responded with "yeah, ok". We waited another 45mins for our food, we had to flag down another waitress because ours MIA, they then brought our food out and it was cold. We asked to speak to manager to let him know and he responds with "what do you want me to do about it? You want half off?" Will never eat there again! Management throws a girl that has been there for only 3 days to a group of 12. She did an amazing job. Wish I could remember her name so she knew. He decided he needs to come out and apologize repeatedly for her being slow. Maybe you should lend a hand instead of throwing her to the wolves.
Been here multiple times since it first opened (mostly at the insistence of others) and never came away with a positive experience. Rude and grumpy wait staff and mediocre food that costs too much. Got beer and appetizers on our last visit and the food was terrible, soaking in nasty, brown grease as it was served. Absolutely not worth anyone's time or money. There are better places if you want to support locally owned.
