the doctors are not professional expecially doctor watkins and some of the nurses don't know what they are doing they hire new nurses who don't know their job at all and the front desk girls talk about your personal business and the doctors and the management allows the gossip to go on if you have personal issues be sure to know they won't be confidential any longer the doctors are just as bad they need to open a new clinic with real doctors who won't charge you for a double visit or refuse to see you for a visit you shouldn... read more
Dr. Swanson was great, along with the friendly and professional staff! I would highly recommend West Texas Family Medicine if you need medical attention.
We had such a great experience today. From scheduling (over the phone last week), to the receptionist that checked us in today (I wish I would have got her name), to Erika who took great care of us in the back, to Dr. King who treated my kids with respect. Very personable staff and physician. Thank you all for your hard work and for giving such great care to me and my children. Customer service goes a long way and you guys excel in that area! Highly recommend this clinic!
