Every time I come in I literally wait at least 30 minutes to an hour just to get into the room. Today I have been waiting for over an hour. The last time I came in I waited 45 in the waiting room and then another hour when I got back into the room just to see my doctor. There's no point in scheduling an appointment when this happens every time...,
I love this clinic and love Dr. McClanahan he is both mine and my children's Dr. He is just so great with them he plays and jokes with my boys he makes them feel comfortable so they are not scared. Whether we go for something simple or something more serious he always make sure we are taken care of and the nurses and staff are just so nice and welcoming to make us feel comfortable as well. Thank you wtfm for being such an awesome team.
