RecommendedDr Mark Mclanahan is great I hate going to the Dr but I drive from Amarillo to see him because he is professional friendly and does anything he can to help you. Some of the staff on the other hand not very professional or friendly at all.
Went to the clinic today in Plainview to collect my son’s medical records in order to follow PA-C Brittani White, and was met with a callous and unprofessional greeting when I said I would be taking my son to follow her. Things were handled very unprofessionally and the sweet lady that usually greets with a smile turned sour as soon as I asked to have things transferred.

After hearing several friends and family have bad experiences their with billing (double Billings to violation of HIPPA) and general work ethic at the front desk etc... I will not recommend any of them there and strongly urge others not to go either! BTW.. they also feel the need to be petty and contact your employer when you don’t agree with them... Js
I was Banned from the practice because I posted a negative experience I had there on MY Facebook page. I was billed more than I was quoted and I wanted to know if that was ok, if it was ethical to do so. So now I'm no longer allowed in their practice. I was unaware that my social media was their business. Just to add, they called my employer today to tell them I am not allowed there. Why is it my employers business! This has nothing to do with them. I am so done!
