RecommendedNeeded a last minute, end of the day appointment for a sick kid, and they got us right in(our pediatrician is in Lubbock). Dr. Watkins was amazing, my little even asked if he could be his new Doctor! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will 100% be taking my kids back here.

I recently had an online visit with Dr. Horton via Healow. It was perfect for both of us. It was relatively easy for an 'old' person to access 😁. Thanks Dr. Horton and West Texas Family Clinic for a great experience.
First they are not good doctors ,I had a bad experience,how could the doctors and practitioner lie to cover each other, and if you don’t have any money they will not see you..I would not recommend to any one 😐
Omg I just had my 1st on video appt with doc Horton and I loved it super easy! I actually had a doctor visit right in my office! I didn’t miss work and it’s really simply to do!!!!! Thank you doc Horton for doing visit this way! Keep us all safe!
I did a telemed visit. Very easy to use through the app. And I didn't have to leave my house. Dr. Horton answered all my questions. Highly recommended!
We just used the Healow app to see Dr. Horton. It was a great experience over all! It was good to be able to talk to him and address concerns without having to subject my family to other people! Will definitely be using it again! The video quality was great and everything was on schedule! I highly recommend this new approach!

I had a telehealth appt with Dr Horton this morning, My experience was very positive. The receptionist walked me through getting the app set up and was very patient with me during technical difficulties, after getting set up It was simple to use and appt was right on schedule. Dr Horton was very thorough, has called in meds and has me on way way to feeling better...thanks Dr Horton and all the staff at WTFM!
