I have been here for 3 hours with my mother. The wait time in the ER is simply ridiculous, especially for someone that has repeatedly expressed that they are having issues with their breathing. I can’t state enough how poor the treatment is here.

0 should be an option! I thought this hospital was great at the beginning of my experience and by the end of my awful time here they get a 0! Learning hospital maybe but Dr. Melvin Speisman turned into a nightmare!!!! Good luck if your left in their care! On a brighter note nurse Nikki did her best to make up for the horrible Dr.
The staff were very helpful and friendly today. The radiology and ER staff especially.
Poor nursing services. Had to wait 35min for pain meds. Dr not available when needed. It go on and on. I had to be transferred to Rush hospital to get the service that I needed �
