I always have good visits to West Suburban... either for hospitalization or visiting my professional doctors on clinic visits. The helpers and medical staff in the registration offices are so polite and if something goes wrong, they search your registration problem out until all is well or directed to proper destinations. I have great doctors who really cares about my health. Since I'm a heart patient, they really keep track of my health issue needs. That's what people need when seeking health cure situations. I went there with a cyst in my nose, horrible pain on my face and I was given a Tylenol and a script after 7 hour wait. They drew blood but ran NO TEST and put an IV line to take off 5 minutes later and no IV was given. All this after I told them to bill me for the 200 dollar copay. I truly believe they treated me like shit cause I didn't give them 200 that I didn't have. Waste of time and money. Awful treatment.
