The only way this hospital could help the community is if it was flattened by bulldozer or dynamite. ER has now had my mother sitting in there for 7 hours and counting in excruciating pain.without one of the pathetic doctors coming to see her. I guess its ok for someone to come here and possibly pass away if it doesn't look like Covid. My mother is in serious need of Medical attention and instead this place is trying to make it her final resting place. But in the morning I will be on with the Dept of health with complaints a... read more

West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park IL is violating Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines for reopening elective procedures. They are blatantly denying COVID-19 testing for their employees. Meanwhile they are testing asymptomatic persons so they can gain revenue from elective surgeries. Not only is this a clear violation of IDPH guidelines but it shows they are putting revenue above the safety of their employees and the public they serve. They’ve also been violating the IDPH guidelines by still admitting elect... read more

I had all 4 of my babies here and I had both of my ectopic pregnancies surgeries here and they did a wonderful job of finding out what was wrong with me before anything else happened. I could have died twice not knowing what was wrong with me. They treated me with respect and the Nurses, Doctors and some CNA’s was very nice and helpful answering all my questions. It was only this one nurse I can’t remember her name she had a baby and came back to work she was not very nice even when I talked to her to let her know what I nee... read more

I was given the run around they checked my vitals they did my EKG and without even talking to me determined that I had a respiratory infection which included The covid virus and I was to stay home from work for 2 weeks even without getting anywhere near me with a stethoscope. they said that since they couldn't prove that I didn't have it then I must have it. all I wanted was a diagnosis for what was wrong with me and you wasted my time. All employees are lazy and unprofessional. It’s dirty and smells disgusting. This place should be closed down. It was a disappointing visit. I regret stepping foot into this disgusting hospital but never again will I give a hospital with such low rating a chance . Every negative review was 100 percent correct.
