Nurse Katilyn (if I spelled her name correctly) needs a raise she's simply the greatest... She has been dealing with me for the last 3/4 days and is very professional and nice
I always talk about how good the staff is here they are very attentive to your needs I have not had a bad experience yet and I been coming here over 2 years
I normally have good things to say about West Suburban. However tonight your staff members have dropped the ball. My 8 year old daughter was treated in the emergency room tonight. It took almost 5 hours to be seen. Not only that but the triage nurse Naleta (Correct me if I've misspelled her name). Was extremely rude, argumentative and lacks the compassion it takes to be a nurse. I was so disgusted and put off by her attitude I requested to speak with the head nurse. She completely blew me and my daughter off.
They dropped the ball for a minute a few years ago but now there much more efficient and clean. ✂the hospital is only as good as the personnel in it.West Suburban has the best now and getting better.
El trato muy bueno ,desde que ingrese me trataron muy bien y cuando tube al baby se portaron muy bien ,lo unico que no me gusto es que me dieron de alta muy noche , mi opinion es que tan tarde no deberian de dar altas por los babys.
