I took my husband to ER he was vomiting& extreme stomach pain all day. We have sat for 5+ hours still haven't been seen and the night shift staff showed no empathy. The restrooms & lobby a mess until someone complained. Where's housekeeping. From last night til now at 5am house keeping shows up. Also sick crying infants were sitting the whole time. They should have been seen 1st. Shot victim came in shot in arm. They made him wait & CPD searching him, took his keys searched his car & questioning him b4 the doc even see him. ... read more

I had an appointment for an ultrasound, had to wait 1.5 hours, was told it would be at least another hour. I left and did not wish to reschedule. I was told I could get a refund and was given the number of the department. I have called multiple times and left voicemails. No one has returned my calls. West Suburban has terrible customer service.

Took my daughter in for a possible broken bone, was told we were in the "Fast Track" still took well over 3 hours from start to discharge. The Dr barley looked my kid over and the nurse that was assigned to us was HORRID how the hell can you be rude to a 5yo kid who is in a lot of pain?? I will NEVER use this hospital again.
