RecommendedThe insight, dedication and compassion the staff and doctors showed our little girl and us as they did all they could to help her through her kidney failure was so comforting. We lost our fight, but the people here made it just a little less painful.
I would never step foot in this building again after how they turned me away and my dog needed emergency help telling me it wasn’t serious enough with a swollen neck and blood all over him from very sever hot spots crying when you touch him. Because that’s not serious enough that I was crying begging this woman to help my dog
Incompetency comes at a high price here. I would suggest going somewhere else.

My dog got kennel cough for a simple dental procedure and admitted to a dirty trachea tube. Westpark used to be good but using dirty equipment is unacceptable.
RecommendedI cannot say enough about how wonderful West Park Animal Hospital is. My dog woke up with her eye totally swollen shut. They were able to see her immediately. I was expecting an astronomically expensive vet bill, as most charge for the emergency visit. I was shocked to find out that they only charged $112 for her treatment (for an allergic reaction). They were kind, helped us in our time and have very reasonable pricing. I will never take my pets anywhere else!
RecommendedFor years, these people have had only the best interest for my babies. Three times my family has had to say goodbye to our senior animals. Every employee was so compassionate. There were also many times when I didn’t get such a gloomy outcome... because of this place and these people.

RecommendedEverything and everyone! I have been coming here since my first dog was spayed, to years ago. I was here the day the management changed from a one man operation and now it's 7 days a week. Veterinary staff is very attentive, caring, patient and helpful, not to mention their friendliness to customers and their pets. Thank you all for everything you do.
