RecommendedThe people that work here clearly love animals. They also take emergency cases, saving pets lives. So bring your patience and a fully charged smart phone. Due to covid, they come to you! You stay inside your car during the whole process keeping everyone safe from the virus. I highly recommend.

RecommendedAlways such an “amazing” team working together here. From the vets to the assistants to the front desk. Love the way they’re running things since the Covid19 outbreak. Couldn’t ask for better professionalism then what they offer here 👍🏻
RecommendedThey were great today when we had to put down our 13 year old dog. Very compassionate and explained everything to us and got us in right away on what was clearly a very busy day for them. They let us have as much time as we needed with Brutus before and after his death. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them making this experience go as well as it could have gone.

I brought my dog in after 5 because he was scratching/biting and whimpering a little bit. My dog was there for four hours as I was waiting in my car. I had called several times for an update, staff was rude on the phone. The Vet told me my dog had poor reflexes and spine issues. I took him to his regular vet next day he had an ear infection. Really disappointed and wandered if they even checked my baby’s ears 😕 Sad that I had to pay over $100 for an incorrect diagnosis.

RecommendedI want to thank Dr. Janelle and all of the staff at WPAH! We brought our 8yr old boxer in, and she unexpectedly needed surgery! The entire staff made us feel so good about her stay there! Between the phone calls, the texts messages and emails with updates, pictures, and just the reassurance that she was doing ok! We can not thank you enough for all your hard work, and compassion towards my beloved pet and our family! HIGHLY recommend!
