This place has bit off way more than they can chew. If you want any type of personalized care go somewhere else. They are almost impossible to even get on the phone. They only have apts. a month out and then tell you to use their walk-in service for sick pet visits. We were told there was virtually no wait and immediately went in with our dog. My husband sat in the parking lot with our dog for 2 hours before being seen. We are reasonable and understood this was a possibility using the walk-in service. The fun part was when t... read more

RecommendedDr. Janelle Martin helped our toy poodle Enzo back into recovery after a freak accident caused him to need over 12 stitches on his snout. We took him in with nothing but fear as to what could have happened to him and Dr. Martin’s kindness made us feel at ease that he would ultimately be ok! Enzo is our daughters’ BFF and we feared the worse not knowing exactly what had happened to him, but Dr. Martin made it her mission to help Enzo. My Neuter costed $500 I was told The suture removal would be included and free only to go back and get the sutures removed and get charged 115 more dollars so in total I paid $615 for my 10 month old to get neutered....
My Neuter costed $500 I was told The suture removal would be included and free only to go back and get the sutures removed and get charged 115 more dollars so in total I paid $615 for my 10 month old to get neutered....UM SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT GO .... they are also the reasons my cats issues got so bad to the point where we had to put him down bc after 3 visits they didn’t notice ... and kept prescribing him medication and medication for the wrong issue. DONT GO
RecommendedHighly recommend Dr. Anna Miller! I took my 6 month old puppy in after I found out he had swallowed a plastic object. They immediately took me in and being a first time dog mom comes with a lot of panic, uncertainty and stress. Dr. Anna was very calming and took great care of my pup! In fact, Teddy was rid of the of the plastic object and out of the hospital within the hour. I left feeling great about the care we received for our Teddy and I will def go back to her for all of his medical needs going forward.
RecommendedDr.Kane did ACL repairs on both hind legs for my 1.5y.o Rottweiler Athena! The staff is excellent, every question I had or concern was always answered promptly if not by the staff left for Dr.Kane to call me back an answer! They went above and beyond for us and continued to do so even after her recovery! I did a lot of research on vets to do her surgery and I’m so happy I went with West Park!
