RecommendedI live in Columbus, Ohio but have transported several dogs from the Franklin County Dog Shelter to West Park after Fido’s pulls them. If I lived in the Cleveland area I would definitely use West Park. The staff has always been very polite and efficient.

I called(per the vets recommendions) this vet on Saturday after my cat was seen there last Wednesday and Thursday. I was instructed to send an email and someone would follow up. Ive sent follow up email and I have still have not gotten a real response or call. They were real quick to take money for blood work, additional blood work, and ultrasound but don't have enough compassion or seem to care enough to actually respond regarding a sick pet. I only went here due to them being an ER vet that was open late.
RecommendedNone of my dogs seem to have emergencies or need to pass away during regular business hours. WPAH is always there for us. Very caring and compassionate!
