RecommendedWest Park Animal hospital is truly a gift from god. They saved our 3 year old bulldog from a pretty deadly virus and have worked so patiently with us and him. We have been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks and they have answered every question, developed a little team for our dog, and really went above and beyond for us and him. We are so thankful for them.
So after calling ahead and saying I could come in with Dudley I sat in a sweltering car for an hour at West Park Animal Hospital only to be told I couldn’t. This while 4 employees stand around next to each other talking but I can’t come in with my pet. I asked them “would you drop your kid off at the curb at your Dr office” which one said no. They don’t care about you and your pet.
RecommendedRushed my new rescued shelter dog into ER last night and she received wonderful care and diagnostics. She's home today with some meds and will be getting petty of TLC! <3
RecommendedMy girl Molly was seriously I'll this past Wednesday. They took her right back within 5 minutes of arriving. She had to spend 3 nights hospitalized but we got to pick her up today in a much better condition. They saved her 11 year old life. Worth every penny of it. The only thing I would change is I wish they called with updates. Had to call every night at 8PM for an update. If you say you're going to call in the afternoon then please do. Shouldn't have to call every 24 hours for an update.
RecommendedWest Park Animal Hospital has the NICEST most helpful staff ever! Dr Scott is the absolute best! He always takes the time to listen to concerns and explains everything in detail. All of people working there are always so friendly and kind. 💗
RecommendedWhen we had to put down our 15 yr old golden on Sunday, we chose West Park Animal Hospital. They are so caring, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. Every vet tech was wonderful. The Doctor who took care of molly was so caring and kind and gentle. It was the hardest thing to put our dog down. But I felt a sense of calm with the way they handled this very sad day for us. There are angels working there. When we get our next puppy this is the Vet Clinic we will go to! Thank you West Park Animal Hospital💖
RecommendedI cannot thank the staff at westpark enough for the way they handled our crazy situation with our two dogs... ultimately our Bella has to have surgery, and our Samson need to be put down all in the same night... the staff and Dr Janelle Martin were beyond phenomenal in calling to update us, and giving us our time to grieve and help make the already terrible situation just a little more bearable. RecommendedMy dog was in a lot of pain and was having a hard time walking. I took her to West Park on an emergency basis, and they were excellent in diagnosing and treating her. I highly recommend.
