Today I had an appointment scheduled for 1:20 as a first-time visit for my dog with an ACL tear with doctor Megan Cullens. I arrived on time sat in the waiting room for almost an hour then moved into another room. delayed again, for 15 minutes when I finally gave up and walked out after telling them I waited long enough no phone call no explanation . They could of cared less about me, my dog or the inconvenience to a new patient. Shame on them

They really know what they are doing and make sure your pet is well taken care of no matter what the circumstances are. From routine checkups to major surgeries I have been through it all with them and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
Our puppy broke a nail and was bleeding everywhere and wouldn't stop. We took her to WPAH since they were open late and the staff there was fantastic! Got her in and out within an hour!
I could not be happier with our new vet Dr. Borys.
