My new bunny stopped eating his hay and when I called another vet they made me feel as of my bunny was going to die today. I watched him for a few days and he seemed very happy and he was eating his banana in the morning and his turnip greens at night. So, I decided to bring him in to West Park Animal Hospital and everybody was very nice and the place was spotless. Dr.'s Borys and James are exceptional vets and care for your pets like they were their own. I would not under any circumstances take my pets to anyone else. When your vet comes in on Easter Sunday to do a post-op visit with your cat (Dr. James) and sits on the floor of the treatment area for 2 hours with your family until your oldest daughter can drive home from Columbus before putting your dog to sleep due to cancer (Dr. Borys), you know that you are taking your pets to the right doctors. The staff always takes good care of my baby Lola. A little pricey but they always get her in and out pretty quickly.
Only take your dog here for basic things like checkups. For major issues they are glad to take your money and not have a solution. Oh and if you would like to get advice over the phone after you've spent $700 on your animal forget that too because they want your money for another check up to tell you nothing again.
La primera vez q visitó y me encanto,,mi tía me regaló un Gatito y lo traje aquí pues tenia 1 cortaduras muy fea en su cuello me lo atendieron me le dieron antibióticos y medicinas y mi Gatito simba esta como nuevo se los recomiendo las personas son muy amables y se preocupan por el bienestar de sus animales...muy bueno..
