Took my dog there to have 2 ACL repairs with Dr. Henderson after a cold and uncomfortable consult with a different orthopedic vet practice in town. West Park exceeded all my expectations, the vet techs are lovely and amazing. Dr Henderson was very knowledgeable and reassuring and 2 years later my dog runs faster than ever! Worth the drive from the East side, only wish we lived closer to use them as our regular vet!
I had as good of an experience as one could expect when rushing your fur baby to the vet because something's wrong but you don't quite know what. We were seen very quickly, and the assistant and Dr. were both very kind and patient. Chica is now at home resting, and I'll be sure to always come back to West Park Animal Hospital!
I recently had to have my cat euthenized. Dr. Nicole took great care of my beloved Savannah. She gave Savannah dignity and reassured me I was making the right choice. My father has been a veterinarian for 35 years in michigan and is currently on faculty at Michigan State University. Due to Savannah's rapid decline, he was unable to come to Cleveland to help with this process. He as well expressed gratitude for Dr. Nicole for the support she gave to Savannah and me. Took my pug in today for her shots and now she is dead tonight we have been going there for 9years with her the story the night vet told us change twice in a half hour. First she said the Dr. Gave her the shots then she said the tech gave her the shots they called the police on me I told the cop they killed my dog.
Excellent care. Their Vets and staff are the best "Team", especially our Dr. Scott! We highly recommend West Park Animal Hospital!
