They took great care of my pups when I took them in for an emergency after hours. It was obvious from the moment I talked to someone that they care about animals.
There is no better. They are thorough and have the best, most caring vets around. They also don't take advantage of emergencies.
Our pup Anubis is now in great hands with Westpark. Our vet office hasn't been the same since it was bought out by new doctors. After taking Anubis in due to an illness and being treated so wonderfully, we are sold!
Always Informative. The Drs here really take the time to explain In Detail. I'm never Pushed into anything..They actually Talk to you and make you feel at ease and relaxed. Oh Yeah! The staff here has always laid out the costs at my request via the computer system that's in each room! So I can decline, wait on, or go forward with..No Sticker Shock at the end. No feeling like your Left Out. No leaving like you know less when you came in either!
Always top notch service. Everyone is happy to be there and very patient. Without a doubt, the best vet in the city.
My puppy was taken out of my sight for a nail trim, and he left traumatized and afraid of nail trims. What happened to him back in that back room? The practice seems to have deteriorated in the past ten years, or else as a first time dog owner, I did not know any better. Damage to my puppy made it clear that it was time to find a new vet.
