We love all the vets at West Park but Dr. Megan is our favorite. They do a great job with my dog and cat. 💕
I can't thank the staff and Dr. Gant enough for their kind and compassionate ways. We brought our Cooper's ashes home, and there was his paw print inside which we did not expect. I will forever be grateful for all they did for Cooper that day we had to say goodbye. Thank you all so much. Cooper deserved the best and you guys did just that.
Long story short, not my usual vet but dog needed blood work. Going on month two of waiting for lab results. Supposedly the lab lost the first batch of blood and never ran the tests. Had to take the poor dog back again for another blood draw and was promised results and call on Monday, it's now Tuesday and nothing, no call. I am so completely underwhelmed and cannot even believe that anyone would trust their beloved pet to the incompetence of this place. Never actually went. Felt compelled to cancel appointment based on inconsistent answers receptionist gave to basic questions. Heard good things about vets there, but sadly did not feel right for us.
2 minutes away from me. Vets..Vet Tech's all rock! Taken several of my dogs here for emergencies over the years. And one for ACL Surgery and therapy. Was just recently here with my male who has a autoimmune disease. Canine Lupus. Just saw Dr. James.. He took time going over all the records and meds...and came up with a great solution to ease his pain and lower his temperature. It worked he's back to his self today!
