They are very friendly and really care about animals
Their staff was very friendly quick responsive and helped us and let us go through the process at our own pace which is what we needed once given the diagnosis
I can't say enough nice things about this office. I came in last week with my Buddy who was sick and in return had to be put down. The staff was super supportive and understanding as they let me take as much time as I needed with him. The following day I went in with my other pup they they were very welcoming and loving, made me feel like I wasn't alone after having to put down Buddy. I was very impressed with the emergency treatment my dog received. Dr. Janelle and the team were excellent.
Showed up 10 mins before appt told me appt had changed to 30 mins later. After an hour 10 mins still nothing so left. Went to an emergency clinic and within 5 mins our dog was in a room and on oxygen. Will never go back to westpark
