I liked coming here with my cats but when I rescued a puppy that had anxiety from what it had been through in the past they were very impatient with her. A larger tech told us she sat on top of the puppy to trim her nails bc she wouldnt sit, they muzzled her and told me she was aggressive when they gave her shots bc she was anxious. They didnt even try to be patient or understanding with her. In an afterhours emergency, in which i could not get into my normal vet, I had the good fortune to be directed to West Park Animal Hospital. From the moment that I entered with my Girlfriends cat Miss Martin i realized that these employees/vets truly cared. I unfortunately had bad news to share with my girlfriend and her family. This place is amazing!! I absolutely love Dr Scott and the rest of the clinical staff. They are so accommodating, genuine and honest. Dr Scott really takes his time to explain everything and he is very thorough! So happy I found this place a few years ago, best vet around by far!
Had to take my dog Brandy there for a constipation issue. Got a same day appt. Didn't wait even 10 minutes. Dr. Becky was super nice and didn't try to sell me all kinds of things I didn't need. Got 2 X rays, a prescription, and that's it! Although, I wonder why an anal gland squeeze wouldn't be part of this type of appt. Just that cost me an additional $23. Still not complaining. I'd definitely return!

I cant say enough nice things about this hospital! The staff and the doctors are second to none. They really helped my boyfriend and i through a difficult time and took amazing care of our doggy coby. They got coby back into great health. Worth every penny! Thanks to all of you!!
