I have been going to Dr Boris since he started. He is the most caring and compassionate vet. They have saved several of my friends and families fur babies.my Miss Mo just had dental done again and they just make sure they do a great job. The comment about the front desk, well some of the people are new and I can tell you none of the vets or techs would have reacted that way. Ive been seeing Dr Boris 20+ years. I had a terrible experience last night when I brought my dog in who was sprayed by a skunk and ingested some skunk spray. The 3 girls sitting at the front desk were not at all helpful and seemed bothered that i interrupted their conversation. I read online that skunk spray could be toxic if swallowed and i have a 13 Year old cavalier so i didn't want to take any chances. I left there feeling i was a nuisance that i brought my smelly dog in and was being overdramatic. Knowing now that my dog will be okay....i feel whoever you... read more

My family and I would like to thank all of the staff and especially Jessica Murphy for your compassion, understanding, and kindness. Our dog Pepper was very loved and such a big part of our lives for twelve years.. having to make the decision for euthanasia was so hard, but we could not let her suffer. She deserved to be at peace, healthy, and happy. Thanks to everyone there we were able to do this for her. We appreciate you all soooo very much and the card we received with your condolences. So. The short version? My puppy was there for 7 days to fight parvo. I was told he was ready to go home and then when I went to pick him up, he wasnt. In the beginning one staff member told me he swallowed 'something' but wouldn't tell me what. Over the next few days every other staff person told me there was nothing in the chart and they didn't know why he was kept two extra days. I paid $2200 for a surgery that my dog did NOT need! They told me there was a Foreign object in his stomach, but it was just gas. The office manager refused to lower the price and was TOTALLY RUDE!
They have an amazing, caring, and loving team. �
