RecommendedWest Park caught my babies CHF and immediately recommended me to Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital to see a Cardiologist same day. They acted quickly with great care and seriousness is making sure Onyx was well and in the best hands in that specialty. If they wouldn't have done the x-rays and blood work that day, and took the time to truly listen to her very LIMITED symptoms, she likely wouldn't have made it much longer. RecommendedVery supportive front desk staff, they were patient and helpful when I needed it. In addition of course they took prompt and complete care of my cat. Who was in great need of a second opinion in the late evening hours. The cat was only in the back for like 25ish minutes for them to do everything and test everything relevant to that emergency visit at the facility. She was still calm in the carrier when they put her back and that we took the top part off. :)
