These people treat animals and people with such love and compassion, they have taken exceptional care of any animal we have taken to them.I believe they truly care about the animals and not just the money.the staff and doctor's are great.

The doctors are great and the techs that weigh them but the rest of the staff is blatantly disrespectful. I'm very laid back and give people multiple chances but the ladies that are at the desk and answer the phone are always rude. I get it is busy but it shouldn't be happening multiple times. I dread when I have to call or come in because I don't want to deal with attitude and feeling stupid. Needless to say I'm probably done going back. If love to keep going because of the doctors but it's not worth it.

We are so happy with every interaction we have at WPAH. They've been able to provide same-day care for our dog in an emergency, the vets and techs are thorough and caring, and they are affordable even after hours.
