Beware of this place!!!! West Loop Mitsubishi Bought a Lancer from this place. Charged for extended warranty which cost a lot but worth nothing. They did not give me contract timely and they were not honest about their fault. I will not recommend this place to my friends definitely. I was wondering, did you guys receive the warranty contract (pink copy) timely? This is important because the warranty is cancelable within 10 days of receiveing the pink copy.
Excellent serivce but high prices I went to them to get my routine oid changed and they did a quick free test of all other oils and said that few things requires to be done. I refused and they did change the oil change but also suggested other things that according to them should be performed for proper functionin of the car. For oil change costing $25 they suggested other services that would had costed $1000.
