NEVER AGAIN! Over the years I have bought 7 autos from Bommarito Group. Bought my last car on Sat. Of last week in the 30 k Range. On Sunday we noticed a couple of items that needed attention. I called on Monday morning, and have called several times over the next few days. NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALL! From salesman, to used car manager, new car manager, and one of the Bommaritos! Not one friggin person wants to return my call. Once the deal was done, Bommarito was done! Go elsewhere for your new cars!

Very dissatisfied. Bought a used vehicle for my son on Saturday and Sunday night the brakes failed. Took it to my local mechanic to check it out. Brake booster is bad. Talked to the salesman and he said bring it down and the service manager said they may cover it. Then I talked to the service manager and he denied saying that to the salesman. I get the as is with used cars but it was barely 24 hours. The least they could do is offer to cover labor. NOPE!! Will not buy anything from them again. EVER!!

Mr.Nick was amaizing and when everybody turned me away he still is going above and beyond to get me approved. They even gave me gas in my old car when I ran out. He is truly a God sent man. Words will never be enough to express my appreciation.
I pulled into your dealership with my car on the verge of breaking down. All of the men in the service department went above and beyond not only trying to get my car in to be taken care of, but also trying to help me get back home. They even helped me unpack and pack my car into my rental car they arranged for me. I don't know what I would of done without them!! Thank you so much for helping me out...
