We purchased a used 2008 Acadia in Oct and have put $$$ since then fixing it. The transmission just went out, when it has <100k miles. I will never buy from here again.
I had very bad experience with whatever they did to my GMC terrain, after the service there which costed me almost $5,000. the track still had problems with smoke coming from the vents. the guy told me it was the chemical they used to clean the engine and it will just go away, two weeks nothing happened, I took it back and they still want to charge me almost $500 to fix staff... upto this day, the track will never pass the emissions for me to get new plates.... i don't know what to do.. will never recomend anybody there.
experience was terrible. After waiting 2 hours in an office on paperwork because they forgot about me i asked for an accessory list because i wanted good floor mats and bed lighting. After making me pay for 2 sets of bed lighting they only put 1 set in. Now they refuse to compensate me because they claim i didnt have to buy 2 sets and did not put the floor mats or floor matts in any of my paperwork. It took litterally over a month to get the floor mats and bed lighting.
I read all your customer reviews and I will not purchase a vehicle from you. I appreciate all the honesty in your reviews former customers.

Big Thank you to Adam and Jason in the service Dept. today 8/16 /18 I just showed up on the wrong day for my oil change I explained how far I live from here and acknowledged it was my mistake they worked me In and were so kind to me . That is great customer service . Thanks guys .
I have been dealing with GMC Bommarito for the past 3 years on a new vehicle that was purchased through them. I have repeated service calls on the vehicle and the service department has been less than helpful at resolving repeat issues. My car has been returned dirty, with lawn debris spread all over it from extended time sitting on their lot. The service department has done nothing to help resolve the repeat issues with GMC leaving it up to me to deal with GMC at higher levels. There has been lack of communication for days ... read more
