I am very unhappy about the recent experience I received from this dealership. I was quoted tires that are appropriate for my SUV and left with tires that are for a car.
They don’t honor warranty work. They are good at selling it but not honoring it
These guys are terrible, I’m glad my lease is up soon. I’ll be looking for a different GMC dealer I don’t care I’d have to drive two hours one way. They had an opportunity to get me into an Acadia but didn’t because they really don’t care. It never fails, someone is always rude to me when I take it in to get serviced. I really love my suv but not from these guys.
