I went in with a flat tire...near closing time. I had great service and with a smile.
My husband and I went in looking at used vehicles. Everyone we met was so friendly and professional. Our sales person, Jane Johnson, was so kind and easy to work with! We loved meeting Ray (GM) and Rick (Finance) and thank them for helping us feel apart of the family from the moment we walked through the door. We came home with an awesome Silverado for an AWESOME price! Thank you to everyone at West Chevrolet!
I've brought my vehicle in here for an oil leak that was to be fixed under warranty, that had to be bright in more than once for the same issue. long story short the leak was never fully resolved and conveniently now that the warranty is out and the leak having persisted is now my problem because the work wasn't done correctly in the first place. 🖕😒
You are a scam and your customer service is terrible... I'm also going to go on your Yelp and leave a bad review I'm going to leave a bad review everywhere I possibly can about your place... You treated my mother so poorly and sold her a crap vehicle
