My husband purchased a 2020 Silverado a week ago. In our rush to clean out our 2011 Silverado trade in we forgot to take some keys out of the ashtray. We tried for 4 days to get a response so we could make arrangements to come pick them up. We called AGAIN today and were told so sorry anything you leave in the vehicle is thrown in the trash. KEYS ARE NOT TRASH. I can’t believe this is their “customer service” This was our first purchase at this dealership and it will definitely be our last.
